Thousands enjoy FREE Easter Egg Trail in Edenvilla Park!

Edenvilla Park was hopping with ‘egg’-citement this Easter with over a thousand local boys and girls enjoying the sun, fun and terrific treats at the FREE Easter Egg Trail event.

Organised as part of the Shared Process and Community Engagement Project (SPACE) funded through the EU’s PEACE III Programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body, the park was transformed into a magical Wonderland suitable for Alice and her host of friends.

Families, equipped with their map and answer sheet, embarked on a journey around the surroundings of the park and its two beautiful secret gardens solving a series of questions and were rewarded for their efforts with a delicious Easter egg.

The entertainment didn’t end there – with art workshops, fun lawn games, face painting, glitter tattoos, photo opportunities, dancing in the disco dome with Teddy Bear and the Easter Bunny and Alice and her friends – the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts and the hilariously silly Tweddle Dum and Tweddle Dee meeting and entertaining everyone along the way – the Wonderland at Edenvilla Park was truly the fun place to be!
